Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be exclusively resolved by the courts of Ukraine. Alternatively, if both parties agree, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration under rules to be agreed upon by the parties, with the venue located in Ukraine.
Service Description and User Data
TimeCraft is a flexible time-tracking and project management tool. Users can log work by organizing entries into Projects, which are subdivided into Sections, with Tasks existing only within Sections. All logged time is always associated with a specific Project and Section, and optionally with a Task. The Service stores user-supplied data including Projects, Sections, Tasks, and Time Logs. Users' personal account information is managed by Clerk and is not stored in our database. When users delete their data, it will be permanently removed from our system. For analytics and error monitoring, TimeCraft integrates with third-party services (e.g., PostHog and Sentry).
Subscription and Billing
The Service is available on a subscription basis through two payment options: monthly and yearly subscriptions, with a two-week free trial (card details required). The yearly subscription is offered at a 20% discount relative to the monthly plan. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the free trial and billing cycles unless cancelled. Any changes to subscription pricing or terms will be communicated via email. All billing is processed through Paddle, and subscription fees are non-refundable.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis without any warranties, express or implied. TimeCraft is in early development and may contain errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in email delivery, analytics, or data processing. TIMECRAFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, nor for any service interruptions or data loss. Users accept the service at their own risk.
Termination and Suspension
TimeCraft reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account immediately if the user engages in harmful conduct such as attacks or fraudulent activities. Upon termination, access to the Service will be revoked and any stored data may be permanently deleted.
Amendments to Terms
TimeCraft reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email, and continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
